Pricing:
- TAMUK Students: $20 per Session
- Faculty, Staff, Alumni: $25 per session with Rec Membership | $50 per session without Rec Membership
- Community: $35 per session with Rec Membership | $75 per session without Rec Membership

- Cancellation policy: 6 hours notice required.

Our small group sessions are perfect for those who enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others while still receiving individualized attention from our trainers.

Achieve optimal health and wellness with nutrition coaching from our certified nutrition coaches. Whether you're looking to improve your eating habits, lose weight, or enhance your athletic performance, our nutrition coaches can evaluate current eating plans and provide support to help you reach your goals. Receive guidance on meal planning, portion control, and nutritional supplementation to support your fitness journey.
Includes: Body composition analysis for every coaching session upon request.

Want to become a Certified Personal Trainer?
Join our Personal Training Certification Prep Course at the beginning of each semester. This semester-long course will help prepare participants for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer exam. Course participants will receive a discount on the exam registration upon course completion! Personal Training Policies
Read more below about TAMUK Rec Sports Personal Training policies.
- Training sessions cannot begin until sessions have been purchased in full. All sessions must be purchased in person at the RecSports office. Paying a personal trainer personally is strictly prohibited.
- Sessions purchased under student pricing must be used by last day of the semester that it was purchased in. After commencement date of semester, all sessions will be invalid.
- You will have 365 days to complete your personal training sessions. After the expiration date, all sessions will be invalid.
- Refunds will be given if submitted within five business days of purchase with receipt only. Exception: No refunds will be issues once the first session with your training has been scheduled.
- Clients may be eligible for a refund if they can no longer complete sessions due to injury or medical reasons. You must provide documentation from your physician to receive this refund and it must be submitted to the Director of Recreational Sports for approval.
Personal trainers must be given a 6 hour notice for cancellations. If less notice is given, the session with be forfeited.
Please arrive on time for your personal training sessions and contact your personal trainer if you are planning to arrive more than 15 minutes late. You will forfeit time lost due to tardiness. All sessions will end 30 minutes after the originally scheduled start time. Personal trainers are expected to wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. As listed under the cancellations, sessions are forfeited if canceled with less than 6 hours, this includes tardiness.
